You must be 18 or older to be included in the Fort Wayne Area Artist database. The library will contact you to review and confirm your submission. Therefore, you must provide a mailing address. Once your information is confirmed, the library will make the final decision on inclusion. Images selected for the portfolio must meet certain technical specifications and be deemed appropriate (as determined by the library) for public viewing. You also give Allen County Public Library permission to display any images submitted in the form best-suited for the web site, including use in the web site design and in advertising of the web site.
